Former X Factor contestant Mason Noise has been announced as an ambassador for mental health charity SANE, and will release his next single, Hold Me, in partnership with the charity.

Noise, who came seventh in the 2015 series of the show, commented 'SANE are a charity that are very close to my heart. For years I felt the need to hide the fact that I was struggling with depression and anxiety. I feared that it would make people believe that I wasn’t capable of reaching my dreams. Over the past year, I have watched people’s attitudes to mental health and wellbeing change. Slowly and surely, SANE and organisations like them, are proving that there’s nothing to be ashamed of'.
